Terms of Service

Everything sold or shipped through PeptiPort is for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, not a drug, food, or cosmetic, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 and will use and store products accordingly and lawfully.

You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@peptiport.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or anything unlawful.

Prices and availability are shown at checkout and can change before an order is placed. Group buy orders ship together when the round closes, so they ship later than a direct wholesale order. An order is confirmed once payment is received within the window shown at checkout; unpaid orders may be cancelled.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be matched, and will refund anything already paid for it.

We accept the methods listed at checkout or on an invoice, such as Zelle, ACH, wire, USDC on Base, or USDT on Tron. Send the exact amount to the exact details shown. Crypto sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered, and we are not responsible for it.

Orders ship from the United States. Transit times are estimates. Because products are temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns of opened or shipped goods, but if an order arrives damaged, wrong, or short, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right. You can look up an order any time from Find an existing order.

Brands that store and ship through PeptiPort are also covered by their onboarding agreement, which controls pricing, invoicing, consignment, and inventory. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break in, scrape at scale, interfere with other users, resell access, or use it to break the law.

The PeptiPort name, logo, site, and software belong to PeptiPort. You may use them only to use the Service as intended.

The Service and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is medical advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PeptiPort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order it concerns. You agree to cover losses we suffer from your misuse of products or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
